Our purpose is to sight screen and identify as many children as possible in some of the most disadvantaged and vulnerable communities across Africa, and to promote the importance of eye health, care and protection.

The importance of a childs vision cannot be underestimated as it affects every part of their cognitive abilities, physical and mental health. Addressing visual impairment is a child's right and will assist the child to become productive independent members of not only their families, but their community and society at large.

 

While vulnerable areas in Africa face many challenges, this is a challenge that once identified is not difficult to address, and it is our mission to ensure that the children of today get the chance to see their future.
